According to the decision of the Hainan Committee of the Communist Party of China, Zhao Jiannong was appointed Secretary of the Hainan Medical University Committee of the Communist Party of China, while Chen Guoqiang, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was appointed President of Hainan Medical University.
